OUR MISSIOn
At RF Labs, we believe that technology enables people to compete at the highest level. This belief, combined with the goal of growing large communities of players, will create a world where people can socialize, improve their strategies, and be their most competitive selves simultaneously.
We achieve this by building the infrastructure for live games. We started with poker but are expanding into Chess, Go, Billiards, and many more games. With Game Theory, we facilitate tech-infused social and league events, allowing players to join and compete within communities like never before. With all of our games, we believe that by doing these four things, players can enjoy the strategy and decision-making behind the game as much as the social experience:
Reducing the Learning Gap - We provide in-game and post-game insights tailored to the player based on their gameplay and experience.
Sharable Content - By automating and breaking down gameplay into sharable clips, players can review, receive feedback, and share special moments through live videos, game transcripts, and curated replays.
Strategic Game Variants - We build new game variants to keep the games fresh and to require players to constantly think of new optimal strategies.
Standardizing Performance - With reward systems and global leaderboards, we can compare players on both quantitative and qualitative metrics, from the number of wins to balance scores, while accounting for luck and variance.
With these four pillars as the foundation of every game, we can create competitive socializing experiences that redefine what it means to play.
Why Poker
Poker is an excellent game for competitive socializing because it combines strategic depth with a social atmosphere, allowing players to engage in a battle of wits while enjoying the company of others.
The game is rooted in game theory, where players must constantly make decisions based on incomplete information, bluffs, and probability. This strategic complexity appeals to those interested in competitive play and mental challenges.
Simplifying game theory concepts for everyday players and taking the risk of money out of the game can level the playing field, making the game more accessible and competitive. By understanding basic strategies such as pot odds, position play, and the importance of aggression, casual players can improve their game, leading to more dynamic and competitive social interactions around the poker table.

Why RFID
Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is increasingly being utilized to track gameplay in real-time due to its seamless integration and non-intrusive nature, which enhances the gaming experience without disrupting immersion.
RFID's ability to operate without line-of-sight, unlike cameras, allows for a more fluid and continuous interaction between the game and the player. Security is also a strong suit for RFID, as it can be encrypted to prevent unauthorized data access, ensuring that gameplay tracking is protected from tampering or cheating.
Most importantly, RFID tags can be embedded into game pieces making the technology feel ubiquitous and non-invasive. This integration ensures that the focus remains on the gameplay, with accurate real-time data enhancing the experience through immediate feedback, personalized interactions, and post-game insights.

What's Next
Over the next year, we will release a new RF Mobile app that allows players to analyze gameplay, share achievements, earn rewards, and compete in groups.
We will also open the first standalone Game Theory location, featuring Game Theory League and Game Theory Social, which will be open to the public for poker events.
Our plan is to scale this concept to have multiple Game Theory venues in every major city, offering dozens of different games and constantly releasing new variants. Over the next decade, through advancements in RF Labs' technology and operations, we believe that Game Theory will become a central hub for coaching, competing, and socializing through strategy games for all ages.
